Wow...just WOW!

Click here to read about a new and exciting take on global warming: Falwell Says Global Warming Tool of Satan

Yes folks, you read that right. Falwell has now spoken. Be warned. This article contains mind-boggling assertions from Falwell such as, "That's pretty wise for Satan to concoct," "The jury is still out on global warming," and the title of his recent sermon, "The Myth of Global Warming."

Falwell also claims " that the United Nations is "no friend of the U.S." and that global warming is about "hugging trees and worshipping the creation more than we worship the Creator."

As for me, I agree with Robert Parham that "Falwell speaks with the certitude of a no-nothing buffoon."

But lest you think I am being too harsh on Falwell, just listen to what he has to say about me. Because I disagree with him, I belong with the "tree-huggers and the liberals and anybody who gets upset at any challenge to the alarmism and the hysteria that's going on." Or, I may simply be a simple-minded Christians who has been "duped." I suppose it's too soon to tell! :-)

I couldn't get the link to work, so I had to search for the article myself... but it was SO worth it.

I believe the phrase, "That's pretty wise for Satan to concoct," will become my new conversational catch phrase immediately.

If you like that, you should read With God on Our Side. It's about the rise of the religious right in politics and will make you sick!

I got a friend of mine here at work fired up and she has now written Mr.Falwell a sweet letter. She writes a letter or an e-mail a day to someone in Congress that's she pissed off at..might as well be Jerry (i still don't play with tinkie winkie because he's gay) Falwell. I don't play with tinkie winkie either...but that's for different reasons.
