Very cool baby moment
We had an appointment at the birth center today and I just had to offer a quick report. Baby Girl is doing well and is currently in the head down position (yay!). Of course, she's still got time (and room) to turn around, but it's still nice to know that she's currently enjoying life upside down. Her heartbeat is good and she's very active, I'm still gaining weight, my blood pressure is nice and low, blah, blah, blah. Now on to the really fun part - Chad and I got to feel her head today. That's right, we felt her head. The midwife was palpitating my tummy to try to figure out the position of the baby (slightly uncomfortable, but way cool). She found the head right away, commenting on how easy it was to feel it on me. Then she asked if I wanted to feel it. HECK YEAH! So she told me to put my hands over her hands and then showed me how to press down and in to feel it. It was SO COOL. She also helped Chad feel Baby Girl's head and we were just beside ourselves with excitement about it. Seriously, it made our day. Okay, that is all...just wanted to share!

I get a little more misty-eyed every time you blog about her. I seriously can't wait to meet this precious little one.
Don't you love this miracle of birth?! Anyone that goes through it and can't see the wonder in it shouldn't have gotten pregnant. I remain delighted for not only you and Chad, but the grandparents that will relish each moment they get a snuggle from her!
YAY! I'm so excited for you! Plus...i get to see you in less than a week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
